Hair and Beauty Australia Email Marketing

We crafted consistent email newsletters for Hair and Beauty Australia, the only organisation in Australia that represents both Hairdressers and Beauticians in legislation and workplace relations.

These email newsletters were centered around delivering value to members, whether that was keeping them informed on new legislation or encouraging them towards activity that would ensure compliance within their own salons. These email newsletters formed a core part of the organisations communication strategy with their membership database.

We were able to achieve great open rates of on average 45% across HABA’s email marketing activities. This is somewhere around 30% above average for most B2B businesses, and shows the value that we were able to deliver with this activity.
