We crafted consistent email newsletters for Museo Perth, a luxury Salon, Day Spa and Skin Specialist in Perth.
We took on the challenge of reimagining the Museo EDM and making it both more value-driven and personal.
Each month, we introduced the email with a personalised letter from Wendy, Owner and Director of Museo. Clients loved hearing from her personally on her perspective, challenges and win’s each month.
We incorporated heaps of texture and layers into the graphics that made up this EDM.
Completely mobile responsive across a huge range of browsers and mail clients, perfect for their ~6,000 strong database of clients.
By segmenting their market and tailoring our messages to specific audiences, not only were we able to engage audiences with messages that held specific value for them, but we were able to promote and create bookings for specific services across the breadth of services offered by Museo.
The core of their email marketing strategy was centered around promoting offers and new content for their audience, designed to engage customers who will splurge and treat themselves when the time is right.
We were able to achieve strong, consistent open rates of on average 25% across Museo’s standard fortnightly send, with much higher engagement rates of on average 50% across their membership and skin services EDM’s. This shows the value of this segmented approach to Museo and highlights the value of these specific customers to the business.
