Hair by Phd Email Marketing

We crafted consistent email newsletters for Hair by Phd, a premium hairdresser with salons in Parramatta, Carlingford and Camden.

These email newsletters were centered around communicating the breadth of their service offering to their customers across all three locations. Whether it is promoting sales through their e-commerce website, promoting core service offerings or promoting case studies from photoshoots and weddings, we aim to share and inspire customers to engage with Hair by Phd.

We were able to achieve great open rates of on average 32% across Hair by Phd’s email marketing activities. This is somewhere around 12% above average for most B2C businesses, and demonstrates a high level of engagement with their extensive (and constantly growing) audience.
