I was brought into Glassguard, a cleaning materials start-up, to completely transform their design. This included a micro-project within that scope to improve the unboxing experience for each customer and increase repeat business. I worked to develop a range of large and small shipping boxes that held all the personality of the brand and contributed towards a better unboxing experience, designed to delight the customer. Included in each shipment was a tailored range brochure, depending on what was purchased, and a detailed instruction card with the ingredients and what each of them did, explained in plain english. This was key to delivering on the “Our Products Work” and “Environmentally Friendly” brand values. A huge project with plenty of scope, but an incredibly rewarding one.
