FROM GRAPHIC DESIGN TO FULL-STACK MARKETING
I joined Objective Corporation as a graphic designer tasked with creating a suite of product logos; but the role quickly expanded into marketing strategy, campaign execution, systems implementation, and major events.
Over time, I became Lead Designer, collaborating across product, marketing and external partners to transform both product and brand experiences. I built a creative team within the business (which had never previously existed), including internal hires and a suite of trusted external partners.
I worked closely with the CMO, product marketers and product teams to produce consistent, cohesive and design-forward executions that were distinctive and innovative in their competitive set, helping Objective to stand out from the rest.
OUTCOMES:
- Elevated product branding and user experience across the organization
- Delivered cohesive marketing campaigns, both digital and physical
- Successfully integrated product, design, and marketing strategies to strengthen brand identity and market engagement
CREATIVE DIRECTION:
- Led the visual identity and branding for products, translating product experience into marketing experience
- Designed long- and short-format downloadable resources for prospects
- Oversaw creative for major events, including the Activate conference, ensuring brand consistency and impact
- Delivered a range of physical collateral, from t-shirts to car decals
MARKETING STRATEGY:
- Partnered with marketing team on complete website and brand overhaul
- Executed on campaign building across multiple channels
- Managed external stakeholders including motion companies, video teams, web developers, product marketers, and media outlets
- Helped translate product launches into compelling marketing experiences
CREATIVE TEAM:
- Led cross-functional design efforts across internal teams and external vendors
- Collaborated with product teams to improve user experience and integrate it with marketing messaging
- Coordinated stakeholders for major events and campaigns, keeping all creative, technical, and marketing deliverables aligned
- Built the internal creative team, the first of its kind in company history, made of both hired employees and trusted cobntractos
